The team offers individual psychotherapy to individuals. At times, can include couples and family members.

We do not believe in a one-size fits all philosophy and modality. Every individual is unique and will have their own special journey plan.

We take insurances that have out-of-network benefits. But how do you know if you have out of network benefits? You can:

1. Call your insurance company

2. If you have a PPO Plan (not HMO)

We offer individual hypnotherapy sessions for all states and countries for a fee of $125!
